Four steps. Eight minutes. Nothing to install, nobody to schedule.

    Pick a station

250+ stations. Filter by exam track and specialty. Each one shows its marking domains before you enter, so you know what the examiner wants.

  2. 02

    Have the encounter

type, dictate, or speak. The patient stays in character: they answer what you ask, volunteer what a real patient would, and never read from your textbook. Examine, order investigations, build your differential as you go.

  3. 03

    Finish the station

your transcript, notes and differential become the record of the encounter. In exam mode the clock is real and there's no help.

  4. 04

    Get marked

a panel of grading passes scores you against the station's checklist. Every mark cites your own words. Missed marks show exactly what you didn't say — so the next attempt fixes something specific.

This is a real station.

Chest pain — historyCardiology · 8 min
Study
Hello, I'm Dr Smith. Can you tell me what's been bothering you today?
It's this chest pain, doctor. It's been on and off for about three weeks.
Can you tell me more about the pain?
It's right here in the middle. It comes on when I'm walking.
How would you describe it — sharp or dull?
Dull, like pressure. It goes away when I rest.
Notes

58M, central chest pain on exertion × 3 weeks. Relieved by rest. No radiation, no SOB. Pain character: dull, pressure-like. CV risk factors to ask: smoking, DM, family history. Differential to revisit: stable angina, MSK, GORD.

Differential
  • Stable angina
  • Musculoskeletal chest pain
  • GORD

Your score: 39/50

  • ✓ Introduced yourself and confirmed identity
  • ✓ Explored onset and character of the pain
  • ✓ Screened for associated symptoms
  • △ Cardiovascular risk factors not explored
  • △ Safety-netting incomplete

Evidence: “Can you tell me more about the pain?” — you asked. “Do you smoke?” — you didn't.

Not a vibe. The checklist, the domains, and your own transcript — side by side.

Your patient is waiting.
